TERMS OF USE

The legislation of the Republic of Latvia stipulates that the owner of the online store must reserve the terms of delivery and return of goods, as well as the right of refusal. Such a reservation is called a distance contract (MK regulations).

DISTANCE AGREEMENT

The seller of the goods offered in this Internet store is SIA Amnii, reg. no. 40203479768, legal address: Skolas iela 18-2, Nākotne, Glūdas parish, Jelgava prov., LV-3040, on the one hand, hereinafter referred to as the Seller, and the person placing the order, hereinafter referred to as the Buyer, on the other hand, conclude the following Contract:

The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver to the Buyer the goods that the Buyer has ordered on our website www.futr.lv, in accordance with the concluded distance agreement. The contract between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment when the Customer, having selected the Goods, placed them in his shopping cart, specified the delivery address and familiarized himself with the rules, ticking "I agree to the terms of use" in the order confirmation window. The order confirmation is sent to the e-mail specified by the Customer address.

The seller has the right to change, correct or add to the Terms of Use at any time, including the terms of the contract in accordance with the requirements set out in legal acts. Such changes shall become effective upon their posting on the Site. The seller has the right to change the prices indicated on the Website and/or to create new paid services at any time.

 

DELIVERY AND PAYMENT PROCEDURES

The buyer orders goods through this website, indicating the type and quantity of goods to be ordered. The buyer has the option to pay for the product using the payment tools built into the Internet service or by paying the corresponding invoice prepared by the seller and sent to the buyer by e-mail. The invoice is prepared electronically and is valid without a signature.

 

The Customer pays for the order:

 

1. With a bank payment card
2. By transfer to the bank account specified by the Seller, specifying the order number
3. If the amount of goods exceeds 70 EUR, the customer has the option to use Klix Pay Later payment, dividing the payment amount into 3 parts.

 

The Customer must make payment to the Seller within 3 (three) business days. After the specified time, the order will be canceled.

 

When ordering goods, the customer can choose the method of delivery:

 

1. Delivery by DPD Courier throughout Latvia and the Baltics - 5 EUR
2. Delivery by DPD Courier in Latvia over EUR 150 - free of charge
3. Delivery by DPD Courier throughout Europe - 15 EUR
4. Receiving the order on site, Nākotne park, park street, Nākotne, Glūda parish, Jelgava district, LV-3040 - free of charge
5. In the Dobele and Jelgava districts, by separate agreement, we can carry out delivery and installation for a separate fee. In this case, please contact us individually by sending your message to info@futr.lv

 

The cost of delivery of the Goods is not included in the stated price of the Goods. To find out the exact shipping cost of your order, put all the Products in the virtual cart and go to "Cart". When choosing a place of delivery, the system will indicate the exact cost of delivery of the order.

The goods are delivered via couriers within 14 days after the payment for the goods has been received and confirmation has been sent to the Customer via e-mail or sms that the order has been received. After the product has been shipped, the customer receives a message to the specified e-mail that the product has been shipped.

It is possible to receive the product in the store within 14 days after receiving the payment and sending the confirmation to the Customer. Until the product is ready, the customer receives a message that it is ready for withdrawal.

The Seller ensures the delivery of the goods within 14 days after the payment for the goods has been received, but the delivery of the goods is delayed due to circumstances beyond the control and control of the Seller, the Seller undertakes to contact the Customer immediately and coordinate all issues regarding the delivery of the Goods.

All furniture is in the original packaging, assembly instructions and all the necessary fittings to assemble the furniture are included in the set. REFUSAL RIGHTS

Exchange, return and repair of goods are carried out in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights of the Republic of Latvia (PTAL) and the Regulatory Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia No. 255 "On distance contract". The buyer has the right to refuse the goods within 14 calendar days from the moment of receiving the goods, by sending a letter of refusal to the Seller to the e-mail address info@futr.lv, or by sending it by mail to Skolas iela 18-2, Nākotne, Glūdas parish, Jelgavas Nov., LV-3040. The buyer is obliged to return the product to the Seller within 14 days after sending the letter of refusal, by sending it to the address: Nākotnes parkas, parka iela, Nākotne, Glūdas parish, Jelgava prov., LV-3040. All expenses incurred in connection with sending the goods back to the Seller shall be borne by the Buyer.

The buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal if:

• the ordered goods are made directly for the Buyer according to an individual order;
• the ordered goods are already worn, damaged or the buyer has otherwise neglected the purchased goods.

Refunds are made using the same means of payment that the customer used to make the transaction. The seller returns the amount of money paid for the product within 3 calendar days from the moment of returning the product. The sixth part of Article 12 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia states that "the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the product during the period of exercising the right of withdrawal". The Seller reserves the right to refuse the Buyer to exercise the right of withdrawal or to withhold a compensation fee in case the product is damaged, by careless treatment of the product during use or by not following the instructions in the manual, if the product's original packaging is lost or if its packaging is significantly damaged.

 

DISPUTE RESOLUTION RULES

All disputes that will arise between the Customer and the Seller, or that will arise in connection with the purchase of Goods, the Parties will try to resolve in the form of mutual negotiations or correspondence with the aim of reaching a mutually beneficial and acceptable solution.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation or correspondence, the Parties will resolve the dispute in the LR court, observing the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia.

Please submit a complaint about the availability or quality of goods electronically by sending it to the email address info@futr.lv or in writing to the address Skolas iela 18-2, Nākotne, Glūdas parish, Jelgava prov., LV-3040. The complaint will be considered within 7 (seven) working days from the day of receipt of the complaint, with the answer being sent to the contact address indicated in the complaint.

If the complaint is recognized as unfounded and you do not agree to the recognition of the complaint as unfounded, you have the right to use the alternative dispute resolution options provided for in the regulatory acts.

DATA PROCESSING

By entering the necessary information, placing the order, the Buyer confirms that he is familiar with and agrees that the data provided by him are used so that the Seller can accept the Buyer's order and deliver the goods in accordance with the legislative requirements of the Republic of Latvia. By entering information, the Buyer agrees that notifications related to the processing of the Buyer's order will be sent to the specified e-mail address.
